FUNCTIONAL OUTDOOR CLASSES

The purpose of functional fitness training is to improve your ability to perform your everyday activities. Think of it as training for the entire movement, not just a specific muscle. You move from one exercise to another quickly, which helps keep your heart rate elevated and your body burning more calories at the same time.

PERSONAL TRAINING

You will find in our new gym the perfect space to stay in shape, to get back to your best condition, or to complete the outdoor training. Our Personal Trainers will assist you, driving you through the best way to get quick and great results.

ACTIVITIES

Excursions in mountain bike, hiking, surf, windsurf, fishing and snorkeling: these are the activities we offer for your Fitness Holiday to get the best out of a summer on the beach.

FULL HOLIDAY PACKAGE

Book your holiday at Agriturismo La Cicala, in Liguria, in Andora. The agriturismo is located inside an estate surrounded by fruit and olive trees. A beautiful pool with Jacuzzi makes the place look even more delightful. The restaurant on site offers delicious typical dishes.
