How many times a week should I use Mobile Workout?

I’m facing this questions so many times lately:
How many times a week should I use Mobile Workout?

It all depends from your fitness level, from your fitness goals, and from the other sport activities you are doing along with Drive Me Fit.

Let’s say Drive Me Fit is the only activity you are doing at the moment.

If you are a beginner, or you are just getting back into training after a long period of stop, I recommend to take it easier for the first couple of weeks / first month. With this I mean you can train up to 2/3 times a week.
I would just be very careful while executing the exercises, to make sure you are performing them correctly.

If you are not a beginner anymore and you want to keep fit, toned, looking good, burning those extra calories you need to burn when having a sedentary life, then I would suggest you to use the Mobile Workout up to 3/5 times a week.

If you want to seriously make a change to your body, to your life, then you need to push harder.
Mobile Workout can be used up to 2 times a day: ideally would be one time in the morning and one in the late afternoon / evening.
Training up to 10/12 times a week required a high knowledge of exercising.
