Terms and conditions

 

 

1. NUTRITION

 

1.1 The information provided in any of our plans does not constitute as medical advice.

 

1.2 Consult your health care professional to ensure our plan is right for you before commencing any program.

 

1.3 If you decide to not obtain the consent of a health care professional throughout the duration of the program using these recommendations in the program, you are agreeing to accept full responsibility for your actions.

 

1.4 This nutrition program is not suitable for vegetarians or individuals with diabetes.

 

1.5 If you have any known allergies or intolerances, please consult you health care professional to ensure this program is suitable for you.

 

2. HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

2.1 You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in training, you acknowledge that the Trainer is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act.

 

2.2 You acknowledges to be in good health and physically able to participate in a personalised program.

 

2.3 Your Trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

 

2.4 Before to begin any of our plans you confirm the following points:

 

  • Your doctor never said you have a heart condition and you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor.
  • You don't feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity.
  • In the past month, you didn't have a chest pain when you were not doing physical activity.
  • You don't lose balance because of dizziness and you never lost consciousness.
  • You don't have a bone or joint problem ( for example back, knee or hip) that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity.
  • Your doctor is not currently prescribing medication for your blood pressure or heart condition.

 

2.5 You acknowledge and agree that you have no limiting health conditions that would preclude participation in an exercise program, and you will immediately inform us if such health condition arises during your participation in the personalised plan.

 

3. PERSONAL TRAINING

 

3.1 All appointments must begin on time and finish 50 minutes after the scheduled starting time. Any time lost due to your tardiness is considered part of the appointment and is non-refundable.

 

3.2 If your trainer is late for a session, that time is owed to you.

 

3.3 During a monthly program all sessions have to be used in 30 days since the payment, unless other arrangements have been

made with us. When a session is cancelled, it must to be rebooked. If a monthly payment is interrupted, a penalty fee will be added to the monthly amount.

 

3.4 When booking a single Fit Camp or packages of Fit Camp, you must give 12 hours notice for the session cancellation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.

 

3.5 The trainer is expected to wait 15 minutes for you: after that time the session is forfeited.

 

3.6 Payment must be received prior to the first Personal Training session.

 

4. REFUNDS

 

4.1 Since Drive Me Fit is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.

 

4.2 As a customer you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any product from our site and in the unlikely event of the meals not being to your liking, taste or falling in line with personal circumstances, be that lifestyle or financial, this would not warrant a refund.

 

4.3 However, we realise that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to both the character of the product we supply and your personal life.

 

Therefore, we may honour requests for a refund for the following reasons:

 

  • Product not-as-described and as detailed above in our terms and conditions: such issues should be reported within 3 days from the date the product is received. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described either on the website and or in our terms and conditions. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honoured.
  • In the event of serious debilitating illness or injury. Confirmation of this in the form of a doctor's note or medical certificate will need to be provided before consideration."
