Weekly Personalised Exercise Plan
Your DRIVE ME FIT Personal Trainer will create you a unique, customised, step-by step fitness program that include a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training plan, designed to burn fat and improve your muscle tone to shape your body.
Personalised exercise plan for your holiday
You will be sent an exercise plan whilst on your holiday, which can be done at the hotel gym or in a hotel room, with minimal equipment. Training will include a combination of short HIIT cardio workouts and resistance training that will burn fat and build lean muscle to shape your body
Weekly cardiovascular training program
You’ll be provided a unique, customised and tailored to you cardiovascular training program to shed your unwanted body fat and shape up your body that you will be easily able to do on your own.
With DRIVE ME FIT one-on-one personal training, the focus is on you and you alone. You’ll receive personal support, motivation, one to one exercises, nutrition and coaching sessions you need to succeed.
