I’m a very beginner, I’ve never done any sport before and I’m very shy, is Drive Me Fit suitable for me?

Yes, in Drive Me Fit we care a lot about people like you. Everyone can start, it doesn’t matter how old or how fit you are. Our expert trainers have the great ability to personalize every single detail of the workout. So don’t worry, you are in good hands.

 

I’m a beginner, what plan should I choose?

Both Personal Training and Online Training are suitable for beginners and both give you nutrition advices and recipes.

I would not recommend the Group  Training.

Personal Training

How long does the session last?

Sessions last 45 minutes.

 

Is 45 minutes enough for a good workout?

A workout has to be short and intense to bring good results, so yes 45 minutes are more than enough!

 

Can I train with a friend?

If you like to train with a friend, our Fit Camps are the best solution for you. Personal Training is available only on a 1to1 basis as each session is personalised on one person and it cannot be suitable for 2.

Online Training

I like to train both in a park and in a gym, will I receive a plan suitable for both?

Yes, definitely. Let us know about it in the questionnaire and we will create the right plan for you.

 

What happen after 30 days?

You will receive a notification to remind the plan is expiring and you can decide what do: you can renew to get a new plan.
