General

I’m a very beginner, I’ve never done any sport before and I’m very shy, is Drive Me Fit suitable for me?

Yes, at Drive Me Fit we care a lot about people like you. Everyone can start his journey, it doesn’t matter how old or how fit you are. Our expert trainers have the great ability to personalize every single detail of the workout. So don’t worry, you are in good hands.

 

I’m a beginner, what plan should I choose?

Both Personal Training and Mobile Workout are suitable for beginners and both give you nutrition advice and recipes.

By the way, if you have the possibility to train in person with us, I would definitely recommend you to go through Personal Training sessions first. This will help you to learn the basics of training.

Personal Training

How long does the session last?

Sessions last 45 minutes.

 

Is 45 minutes enough for a good workout?

A workout has to be short and intense to bring good results, so yes 45 minutes are more than enough!

 

Can I train with a friend?

If you like to train with a friend, our Group Training is the best solution for you. Personal Training is available only on a 1to1 base as each session is personalised on one person and it cannot be suitable for 2.

Online Training

I like to train both in a park and in a gym, will I receive a plan suitable for both?

Yes, definitely. Let us know about it while filling out the questionnaire and we will create the right plan for you.

 

How does the payment work?

The Online Training is billed with a monthly subscription. Every month you will have a new plan based on your progress. Support available through the whole journey.

The subscription can be stopped at any time.

Mobile Workout

Is the Mobile Workout for beginners also?

The app is for everyone. In Drive Me Fit Workout we don't tell you what weight to use or how many repetitions you have to do. We just tell you for how many seconds you have to work, and you decide how much you can lift and how many reps you can do. The long term goal will be to lift heavier and to be able to incerase the number of repetitions.

 

What happen if I don't have the equipment required for the workout?

With the Mobile Workout, you can deselect the equipment which you have not available and we will instantly change exercises for you with the most appropriate. Our suggestion anyway is to try as much as you can to follow the plan using the equipment required by the workout.

In case you don't have any equipment at all, the Mobile Workout also have a bodyweight program, which is great and you can find bodyweight workouts, specially designed to let you obtain amazing results without the need of a piece of equipment.

 

Is the App available for a trial?

Yes it is. Insert the promo code "FREETOTRY" when filling out the subscription form, and you will not be charged for the first payment. You can cancel the subscription at anytime.

 

What devices are compatible?

With iPads and iPhones you can find Mobile Workout on the App Store.

Other devices can use the Mobile Workout through a web browser.
